SUMMARY

Responsible for the administration and marketing of programs and activities, public relations, and development for the Institute for Leadership Advancement (ILA).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Administration and Marketing of Programs and Activities

-Work with the directors of the Leonard Leadership Scholars Program (LLSP), the LEAD certificate program, and the Leadership
-Staff lLAD courses that comprise the curriculum of the LLSPand LEAD program.
-Direct other periodic lLA events and activities (e.g., Executive Speaker Series)
-Oversee curriculum development and refinement
-Direct lLA strategic planning

Research Consortium to ensure success of each program

-Promote and coordinate lLA's involvement in executive programs
-Promote lLA programs and activities in a manner consistent with the leadership development mission of the Terry College
-Hire and manage lLA staff
-Prepare and manage budget

Public Relations

-Serve as the primary public representative of the lLA
-Oversee all ILA communications and public relations
-Manage the publication and distribution of the lLA newsletter and the lLA column in the Terry Magazine
-Oversee production of lLA press releases and marketing material
-Oversee production and distribution of annual report
-Conduct occasional Leadership Roundtables for business community

Development

-Manage stewardship of lLA donors
-Interact with lLA corporate partners
-Conduct annual meeting of corporate partners
-Partner with Terry College Development Office to identify and recruit potentiallLA donors, including new corporate partners
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Master's degree or higher required.
