Director Ga Ctr Food Services Duties
Supports the educational mission of the Georgia Center by manang
the Food Service department. Provides all of the food and
service needed by conferees as they study in our residential
conference center, as well as to other nonconference users.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages daily operation of the Food Services area.
Schedules supervisor each week, and oversees all other
Oversees training of all employees, new and existing.
Oversees payroll, accounts payable, and sales data.
Performs as supervisor on duty as needed.
Hires new employees.
Orders nonfood items and equipment.
Responsible for accuracy of COG Inventories taken
Orders food in chef's absence.
Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Graduation from an accredited college or university including
minimum three years related work experience in a retail food
service environment, and driver's license required.
