Participated in the post-acquisition review of an Aberdeen,
Scotland based oilfield services company purchased in late 1996.
Results of review presented to Schlumberger's Board of
Directors.
Summer Intern - Treasury
Assisted in the implementation of a $116 million U.S.
leveraged sale and leaseback transaction between Schlumberger
Resource Management Services, Inc. and Citicorp Leasing, Inc.
Lease agreement is currently being used to finance a fixed
wireless network of 1.8 million gas and electric meters for Peco
Energy Company, a Pennsylvania based public utility.

Field Service Manager
- Project manager for offshore oil and gas exploration services
in the eastern Gulf of Mexico.
- Co-supervised nine, five person, oilfield exploration teams
and an associated support staff of twenty.
- Responsible for a 1998 revenue forecast in excess of $40
million. Surpassed revenue expectations by
effectively servicing high risk, deepwater exploration
projects for several major oil companies including
Chevron, Enserch Exploration, Vastar, Texaco and BP-Amoco.
- Successfully co-managed exploration and production service
efforts on the deepest offshore - well in the
Gulf of Mexico (27,000 ft.)

to British Petroleum and ARCO on Alaska's
